Infiniarc.com uses SMSA Express for shipping, with a 2-day shipping service.
Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hours after receipt of payment and are shipped via SMSA Express with tracking. If you require special needs for delivery please contact us before placing your order. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Also, you can add insurance to your shipment for an extra fee.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
The customer has 30 days to return the product in its original new condition to receive a full refund minus the shipping fee.
In case the product arrives defective or not as described on the website, you will receive a full refund along with any shipping fees applied or a replacement product whichever agreed upon between infiniarc.com and the customer.
All our products carry a manufacturer warranty, in case of product failure withing the warranty period, INFINIARC is willing to help the customer apply for a replacement part with the manufacturer company.
Q. I received a defective/damaged item, can I get a refund?
In case the item you received is damaged or defective, you could return an item in the same condition as you received it with the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and if the item is found to be defective or damaged, we will process the refund along with any shipping fees incurred.
Q. I received a wrong item, how can I return it?
In the unusual circumstance where the item received is wrong, you can return the item in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund along with free 30 day returns.

If you change your mind before we ship your item, just call us to cancel your order and we will process the refund along with any shipping fees applied. If the items have already been processed for shipping, we will refund the product cost minus the shipping fee. If you wish to return the item after receiving it, you have up to 30 days to return it, keeping the below rules in mind:
You can’t return Clearance Items clearly marked as non-returnable and displaying a No-Return Policy.
Only the items with ‘Retail Packaging’ never opened (Sealed/Closed Box) and still with its Original Seal can be returned.

How can I receive a refund if I paid by Credit Card?
If you have paid through electronic means (Credit or Debit card), the paid amount will be refunded to your card. The amount paid may take up to a month to reflect in your card statement, depending on your bank process.
Q. I paid through Cash on Delivery, how will I receive a refund for my item?
If you have paid through Cash on Delivery (COD), the money will be refunded in person or by bank transfer.
Q. Can I Replace or Exchange an item rather than a refund?
Yes, If the item requested is available in stock, you can request for an exchange.
Q. I lost the Original Packing in which I received the item, how can I still return it?
We accept return of item only if it is in an unopened, original box and/or packaging intact with all labels and barcodes on it
Q. What does it mean by ‘Retail Packaging’ never opened (Sealed & Closed Box)?
A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging. Packaging should be the same as when it was delivered to you.
Q. Can I return an item through my courier company or personally drop it anywhere?
At the moment, the item can be returned to us though SMSA Express.
Q. Who pays for the shipping charges when I return an item?
If the item received is defective or damaged or if it was the wrong item, INFINIARC covers all shipping charges. If the reason for the return is other than the reasons stated, the customer covers the shipping charges.
Q. Where can I find the shipping label?
Once you place a request to return an item, the shipping label will be sent to you in your email to ensure you can return the item.
