Return and Shipping Policy

- The customer has the right to return the product within 7 days from the date of receiving the product and exchange it within 14 days, taking into account: - The product must be in its original condition and in the same original packaging, and the product must be unopened

 - It is strictly prohibited to return the product if it has been opened. - The customer bears the cost of shipping the product if the reason for the return is not a defect in the product

 - The customer is responsible for delivering the product to the nearest branch of the shipping company, after packaging it in the correct way

 - If the product arrives broken or does not match its description on the site, or a product arrives different from what the customer requested, the customer has the right to return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product according to the customer agreement (infiniarc.com) by contacting customer service through ( 48 hours) of receiving the product, and we will bear the shipping costs


 


- In case the order to be cancelled is a computer (PC).

1- If the customer decides to cancel the order "Computer" while it is in the (installation, testing, packaging) stage, an amount of 200 riyals will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer, and an additional 2% discount for Tabby orders.

2- If the customer decides to cancel the order while it is in the "shipped" stage, an amount of 500 riyals will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer and an additional 2% discount for Tabby orders.

3- If the customer refuses to receive the device from the shipping company, an amount of 500 riyals will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer and an additional 2% discount for Tabby orders.

4- It is strictly forbidden to return the device after receiving it except in the cases mentioned above.

A- If the order is individual pieces (it part).

1- If the customer requests to cancel an individual piece while it is in the "order confirmation" state, 2% will be deducted for Tabby customers only.

2- If the customer requests to cancel a single piece while it is in the "shipped, delivered" status, 60 riyals will be deducted, which is the shipping cost - round trip - from the amount refunded to the customer and an additional 2% discount for Tabby orders.

3- If the customer refuses to receive the device from the shipping company, 60 riyals will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer and an additional 2% discount for Tabby orders.

4- We provide a factory warranty on all our products. In the event of any malfunction or damage to the product during the warranty period, please contact our technical support team to assist you and replace the damaged piece if the reason is a manufacturing defect only. We will cover the repair or replacement costs. As for the shipping costs, Infini Arc will bear the shipping costs if a problem appears within (the first thirty days), but if (thirty days) have passed, the customer will bear the shipping costs.


The refund will be made in the same way it was paid.

- If the payment was made by credit card, the process will take up to 14 business days depending on the customer's bank.

- If the payment was made by bank transfer, the process will take up to 7 business days.

- If the payment was made by Tabby, the process will take up to 14 business days.
