Our Customers' Rights (Return & Exchange Policy)
At INFINIARC, we are committed to providing the best service to our customers and ensuring your rights are protected through a clear and transparent return and exchange policy:
Allowed Timeframes:
Returns: The Customer has the right to return a product within seven (7) days from the date of receipt.
Exchanges: The Customer has the right to exchange a product within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:
Original Condition: The product must be in its original, sealed condition and in the exact original packaging.
Opened Products: We regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any product that has been opened or has had its original packaging removed.
Desktop PCs (Builds): Since desktop computers and PC builds are custom-assembled specifically based on the customer’s request, returns are strictly not accepted once received. These systems are only covered under our warranty and maintenance policies.
Shipping & Costs:
If the return or exchange is based on the customer’s personal preference (without any manufacturing defect), the Customer shall bear all shipping costs.
The Customer is fully responsible for packaging the product properly and securely to ensure its safety, and for delivering it to the nearest branch of the designated shipping company.
In the Event of Damaged or Incorrect Products:
If the product arrives damaged, does not match the description shown on the website (infiniarc.com), or is completely different from what was ordered, the Customer has the right to return the product and receive a full refund, or exchange it for a proper unit.
To guarantee this right, the Customer must immediately contact Customer Service and file a report within a maximum of forty-eight (48) hours from the time of delivery.
In such cases, INFINIARC will bear all shipping costs associated with the process.
