Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. INFINIARC is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped, where applicable.
Customers should inspect their shipment upon delivery and report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items to INFINIARC Customer Support within 48 hours of receiving the order.
INFINIARC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, customs procedures, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to customer-related reasons (such as an incorrect address, failure to respond, or refusal to accept the delivery), the customer may be required to pay any applicable re-shipping or return shipping fees.
Delivery is considered complete once the shipment has been delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer or received by any person at the delivery location.
