Please review our terms of service to understand the conditions that apply to purchases, website usage, and your rights as an Infiniarc customer.
Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions are entered into by and between:
INFINIARC Company, Website: www.infiniarc.com, trading under the name Virtual Reality Solutions Company , hereinafter referred to as "INFINIARC".
The Buyer, who makes a purchase via the website: www.infiniarc.com, hereinafter referred to as "The Customer".
Below are the Terms and Conditions for purchasing through the website www.infiniarc.com:
1- The above preamble is considered an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
2- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations that govern commercial operations and e-commerce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of the Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal dispute that may arise from them.
3- By clicking "Agree to the Terms and Conditions," the Customer is deemed to have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions without any ignorance.
4- In addition to the final price of your purchases, shipping costs (if applicable) will be added to the total price, which will be clearly detailed to the consumer before completing the purchase process.
5- The Customer may modify the PC build after order confirmation subject to the following conditions:
5.1- A maximum of two (2) modifications are allowed, provided that the parts to be added are available within the build options.
5.2- If the price of the newly added part is higher than the previous one, or if a new part is added to the build, the price difference must be transferred using the payment method used during the order.
5.3- If the price of the part to be changed is lower than its previous value, INFINIARC will refund the difference using the same payment method used for the transaction.
5.4- If the Customer wishes to change a part while the order is in the "Assembly, Testing, and Packaging" stage, the Customer is obligated to pay a fee of 200 SAR in addition to the price of the new product, and the old product will be shipped with the order.
6- The warranty period is one (1) year for accessories and two (2) years for the PC.
7- INFINIARC assumes no responsibility for any sales transactions made outside its official website between a seller and a buyer, nor will order data be transferred to another .
8- INFINIARC is committed to repairing, returning, or replacing the part covered by the warranty purchased by the Customer from the INFINIARC website:
8.1- If it is proven to have a manufacturing defect, after verification by the INFINIARC technical workshop.
8.2- In the event that a replacement part of the same type is not available in INFINIARC's inventory, INFINIARC will order the part from abroad, and therefore the Customer must wait until the replacement part arrives.
8.3- The Customer may replace the part with one of similar performance as INFINIARC deems appropriate, or if the Customer does not desire the available alternatives, a depreciation value will be deducted based on the usage period in coordination with the Customer.
9- The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse by the Customer, negligence, accidents, modifications or installations made in an unapproved external workshop, or malfunctions caused by an unstable external power supply. The international warranty terms do not, in any case, cover misuse, installation errors, or electrical faults.
10- Some items are subject to the warranty of the local agent or manufacturer. In such cases, the Customer must contact the manufacturer or its authorized agent within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia directly.
11- The order is placed based on the core components and written specifications of the build, not based on the illustrative image shown on the website (as the components in the image vary according to customer requests). Accordingly, the Customer does not have the right to make claims based on the shape of the device or the number of fans, as all specifications are detailed on the website.
12- The Customer has the right to cancel the order, return, or exchange purchased goods according to the following policies:
12.1- Right of Withdrawal (Order Cancellation): The consumer has the right to terminate the contract (cancel the order) within seven (7) days from the date of receiving the product or from the contract date, unless the product was custom-made specifically based on the consumer's request (such as custom PC builds), provided the consumer has not used the product or benefited from it.
12.2- Exchange and Return Policy for Ready-Made Products: Returns must be made within 7 days of the receipt date, and exchanges within 14 days of the receipt date, provided the returned items are in their original, sealed condition. If the Customer removes the stickers and covers (packaging) from the item, it cannot be returned; the item is then considered used and cannot be sold as a new product to another customer.
13- Goods sold via the INFINIARC website remain under the company's possession until their full value is paid through approved payment channels. Sold goods will not be shipped until the payment process is confirmed or the installment request is accepted.
14- In the event the Customer purchases a product and a technical failure occurs on the website or the requested product is out of stock, the order will be canceled, and the full amount paid will be refunded to the Customer.
15- INFINIARC will contact the Customer who purchased a complete PC via phone or email to schedule the delivery date based on the company's capabilities and at the Customer's convenience.
16- INFINIARC accepts cash payments, bank/credit cards, or through approved installment options (Tabby and Tamara).
17- Paid shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
18- If the Customer selects the "Bank Transfer" payment method and does not pay the due amount or upload the transfer receipt to the website within (24 hours), the order will be automatically canceled.
19- If the Customer receives a PC and finds an error in the specifications, or receives a product different from the description shown on the website, they can contact Customer Service and file a report within (48 hours) of the receipt date.
Payment and Installment Methods at INFINIARC (Tabby & Tamara)
1- Direct Electronic Payment and Bank Transfer:
Bank Transfer: The full amount of the PC is transferred to the establishment's bank accounts, and the receipt is uploaded to the website. The Customer then contacts Customer Service to confirm the order.
Electronic Payment: Payment is made directly through the website, and the order is confirmed immediately.
2- Buy Now, Pay Later and Installment Services (Tabby & Tamara):
Tabby and Tamara are the installment methods available on the INFINIARC website. These services are available to all citizens and residents in the Kingdom who are over 18 years old (note that some features may only be available to those over 21 years old).
Maximum Purchase Limit: The available credit limit depends on credit assessments. The maximum limit for installment purchases reaches up to 9,000 SAR based on your purchasing habits.
How to Purchase via Installments:
Upon reaching the checkout page, you can choose (Installments with Tabby) or (Installments with Tamara).
The invoice is divided into (4 payments); a down payment (ranging from 25% to 50% based on the cart value), and the rest is paid monthly over 3 equal installments with no additional fees.
Included Products: Any product from the (Parts Store) can be purchased via installments through Tabby and Tamara.
Fees and Interest: The service is completely free and no fees or interest are charged by INFINIARC.
Reasons for Order Rejection: An order may be rejected by Tabby or Tamara due to reasons related to: inability to verify identity, incomplete data (such as a full delivery address), or having previous unpaid dues.
What happens if an order is canceled after the installment payment is approved by Tabby or Tamara?
The pre-determined amounts in our cancellation policy will be deducted. Since payment gateways impose fees on transactions, the Customer will bear the payment gateway fees, which amount to 2% of the total order value.

Shipping and Delivery
The PC is assembled and handed over to the shipping company within a period ranging from 7 to 14 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Accessories (such as monitors, headsets, chairs...) are handed over to the shipping company within 48 hours.
