Please review our terms of service to understand the conditions that apply to purchases, website usage, and your rights as an Infiniarc customer.
These terms and conditions were entered into by and between:
* INFINIARC, website: www.infiniarc.com, and its commercial name Virtual Reality Solutions, hereinafter referred to as "INFINIARC".
* The buyer, who buys through the website: www. infiniarc.com, hereinafter referred to as "the client". Terms and Conditions for the buying process through the website www.infiniarc.com:
1- The aforesaid shall be considered as integrated part of these terms and conditions.
2- These terms and conditions shall be subject to laws and regulations governing the business process within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s courts in the case of any legal dispute.
3- Once the client clicks "Accept terms and conditions", he then shall be considered read and unequivocally understood such terms and conditions.
4- In addition to the final price for your purchase, a shipping price will be added to the total price unless specified otherwise.
5- The customer can make an adjusment to the assembly after confirming the order according to the following conditions:
5.1- Make a maximum of (two modifications), and it is required that the parts to be added are available under the assembly.
5.2- If the price of the item to be added is higher than the previous item, or a new item is added to the collection, the price difference will be transferred according to the payment method during the order.
5.3- If the price of the item to be changed is less than the price of its previous value, the difference will be returned by InfiniArc according to the method by which it was paid.
5.4- If the customer wants to change the part while it is in the “assembly, testing, and packaging” stage, the customer is obligated to pay a fee of 200 riyals in addition to the price of the new product, and the old product will be sent with the order.
6- The warranty period is one year for accessories and two years for pc.
7- InfiniArc is not responsible for sales that take place outside its site between the seller and the buyer, and the order data is not transferred to another person.
8- INFINIARC shall be obliged to accept the return or replace the sold guaranteed item bought by the client through INFINIARC website if it is proved that 8.1: the item has a manufacturer's defect after proving such defect by INFINIARC technical workshop. 8.2: If the alternative item from the same type is not available, INFINIARC will order the item from abroad, so the client shall wait until the arrival of the alternative item or 8.3: replace it with a similar item as INFINIARC considers appropriate and by coordinating with the client.
9- If it is proven that the item to be replaced was misused by the client or external workshop, or it was due to a defect in the power supply source, then INFINIARC shall not replace the item nor return its price as international warranty conditions do not cover, in all cases, the misuse, installation faults or electricity malfunctions.
10- Some items are subject to manufacturer or agent warranty, in such cases, the client shall directly contact the manufacturer or its agent inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
11- The order is submitted based on the main components of the assembly and not the picture on the site (because the components in the picture differ based on what the customer requests). Therefore, the customer does not have the right to pay according to its shape or the number of fans; Because all specifications are mentioned on the site
12- The client may return the bought items according to the following conditions:
* Return shall be within 7 days from the Delivery date, and Replacing shall be within 14 days from the Delivery date.
* Returned items must be in its original condition so that INFINIARC could sell it to another client. In the case the client removed the labels and covers from the item, the item cannot be returned as the item then became used and cannot be sold as a new to another client.
13- The goods sold through INFINIARC website shall be the property of INFINIARC until delivering the full payment as the sold goods will not be Shipped until the full payment is received.
14- When a customer purchases a product and then there is a malfunction on the site or the quantity of the requested product runs out, the full amount is returned to the customer.
15- INFINIARC will communicate with the client who bought a full computer by phone or e-mail in order to determine the delivery date according to INFINIARC possibilities and as appropriate to the client.
16- INFINIARC accepts payment in cash or Credit Card.
17- Service and delivery charge is not refundable.
18- If the client purchased a computer from INFINIARC through Build your system, the client has the right to claim a free service after 14 days of the agreed upon shipping date.
19- If the customer chooses and orders a computer via the “bank transfer” payment method and the amount due is not paid by the customer or uploaded to the website within (24 hours), the order will be cancelled.
20- If the customer receives a computer and there is an error in the specifications, or if he receives a product different from the description displayed on the website, he can contact customer service and submit a report within (48 hours) of the customer receiving the product.
InfiniArc payment methods:
1- Bank transfer (the full PC amount is transferred through our bank accounts, the receipt is uploaded to the website and customer service is contacted so the order can be confirmed).
2- Online payment (payment is made directly through the website and the order is confirmed directly).

The pc is installed and delivered to the shipping company within 7 to 14 working days from date of order confirmation.
the accessories such as (monitors, headsets, chairs...) are delivered to the shipping company within 48 hours.

Tabby service:
Tabby is the only installment method available on the InfiniArc website, and this service is available to all citizens and residents within the Kingdom who are over 18 years old, except that some features will not be available unless the customer is over 21 years old.
What is tabby maximum Purchase value?
You can obtain a credit balance through Tabby up to 9,000 riyals. The available balance depends on several factors such as the type of products you purchase through Tabby, the stores you purchase from and your purchasing habits with Tabby.
How to buy using tabby?
very simple. You can shop normally and when you reach the purchase/payment page, choose the payment method (installments with Tabby) and during your purchase, if your purchases are less than 4,000 riyals, the installments will be equal in the amount of 25% of the basket value, and if they are from 4,000 to 9,000 riyals, then The first payment will be 50% of the basket value as a down payment and the rest will be in 3 equal monthly installments without additional fees.
Can tabby be used to buy any of the products in installments?
Yes, any product can be purchased from (parts store) in installments through Tabby.
What payment methods does Tabby accept?
Tabby accepts all credit and bank cards (Mada).
Is Tabby service free?
Yes, Tabby does not charge any fees or interest as long as you commit to paying on time.
Why was my application to join Tabby not accepted?
This could be due to one of these reasons: - We were unable to verify your identity. - You did not fill out one of the required fields, such as the full delivery address. - You have previous payments due that you have not paid.
What happens if the order is canceled after the installment payment is approved by Tabby?
The amounts previously specified in the cancellation policy will be deducted, and the customer will bear 2% of the order value.
