Warranty Policy

Warranty Period

1- Products (Individual Parts & Accessories):

• Returns & Exchanges: The Customer has the right to return a product within the first 7 days, and exchange it within the first 14 days of receipt, provided it is in its original, sealed packaging and has not been opened at all.

• Manufacturer's Warranty: After the 7-day period expires, products are covered by a two (2) year manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty period begins from the day of receipt. Peripherals and chairs are covered by a one (1) year warranty from the day of receipt.

2- PC Systems (Builds):

• Lifetime Service Warranty: Our Lifetime Service Warranty automatically begins from the day of receipt, which includes: free maintenance labor, technical support, and the installation of future upgrades.

• Upgrade Conditions: To qualify for free installation of future upgrades, the new part must be purchased directly from INFINIARC. The Customer shall bear the full cost of the upgraded part as well as all associated shipping costs.

Manufacturing Defect:

A manufacturing defect is any fault or failure resulting from defects in materials, workmanship, or assembly that occurs during normal and intended use of the product, without any external influence or user intervention. Any defect confirmed through technical inspection to have originated from the manufacturing process shall be covered under the applicable warranty terms.

Misuse:

Misuse refers to any damage or failure caused by improper handling, operation, or external factors. This includes, but is not limited to, accidental drops, impact damage, physical abuse, liquid exposure, moisture damage, unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification, improper electrical connection or power-related damage, negligence, or any use that is inconsistent with the product's intended purpose or operating instructions. Any damage or failure determined through technical inspection to have resulted from misuse is excluded from warranty coverage.
